Odds & Ends.

Hi Everyone,
this is a shot of my backyard last summer,
I am showing it so that I can say my statue is covered in snow up to her elbows.
She looks rather odd just with her elbows up sitting on the top of the snowdrift.
So yeah that is what a Canadian winter is all about I guess.
.............
I so appreciate all the comments and have tried to answer but for some
reason still having problems commenting on your comments.
I can do this on my other blog,
Does anyone have the same problem or suggest what I do.
I would appreciate any help with this.

Know what's weird? Day by day, nothing seems
to change, but pretty soon ...
everything's  different.

I think the above quote applies to keeping our goals in sight,
staying focused and arriving at our individual destinations.
...........
Have a Great Weekend
Are you watching the Super Bowl
and no thats not Supersized.

  1. What a gorgeous backyard, Cinner. So tranquil. Woo, the snow is high. Down on the Westcoast we are doing well - so far. No snow, but our usual rain on and off. I want your backyard!!

  2. If my yard was covered in snowdrifts to the elbow, i'd be wanting to look at this reminder of summer, too!

I have recently had two other people say that they couldn't comment on my blogs with the 'embedded' comment section. So I changed it to a 'pop up'. Is that the problem you are having?

  8. Hi Cinner,
I am so impressed by your your backyard! It is simply gorgeous and looks like a photo out of a magazine! If you do all that work yourself, that is a good way to keep in shape. One of the reasons that I am looking forward to spring time!
I am mostly computer illiterate so I don't know what to tell you about the comment deal. I'm sure that someone out there may know! Have a beautiful Sunday. Yes we will be watching the Superbowl!
    Love Di ♥

  11. that is a lot of snow! I must go shovel my path, but there is only a few inches since last night. Well i do have a couple of feet in my yard. But not to the elbows.

I agree, one step at a time....

  13. SueAnn, oh a roaring fire sounds nice. we watched it up here too. have a great week. hugs to you.

Diana, hi well I figured something out, it seems to be working, I had to change it to a pop out page. My yard does keep me very busy and in the sun. when we bought the house there was nothing in the yard, it was covered under snow. Now every year I seem to add a bit more. last year it was hard to keep up, so I think I will be planting more wild flowers and just let them go. It is my most peaceful place in the world. hugs to you. thanks for all your comments. I love your visits.
    have a great week.

  17. Darla, hi...I spend so much time outside and now it seems like an extension of my tiny little house. what I like about the west coast is even though it rains, everything still looks so green. It did when I was there in January at my nephews wedding. I love your positive attitude. Have a great week. hugs.
