Just Do It.

Nothing is Going to block my way of Achieving  My Goal.
The only fence I have been running into has been myself.
I  may not hurdle it now, but I will.
Dog walking first thing in the morning,
eating healthy,
3 days off with hubby,
and we are going to walk together.
......
Maybe we will even get to dance
under the moon,
after we have a fire in the fire pit.
.........

  10. Hey Cinner-- I'm having a hard time leaving a comment-- On your post today (6/24) I only get the bottom half a comment box so I can't type my message. The same thing happened to me on this post yesterday (6/23)-- only half the box, but today this box is whole so I'm sending my message here. I'm not sure what's up so my comments might be all over the place going forward????

    As for your post today (6/24) and throwing out the scale-- I say whatever works for you! Every day is a new day and some days it's really hard to make things happen for yourself. Just do the best you can and stay as positive as you can-- and rest when you can.

    As for missing meds-- I'm so worn out some days I can't remember what I did ten minutes ago and meds get confusing, so I have those pill boxes for 3 times a day- It's the only way I can remember if I've taken my meds or not-- Cuz let's face it, when you take meds all the time it becomes a blur even if you're not tired!

    So hang in there my friend. As always, I am cheering you on.
