I Have To Admit

I Have To Admit
today with a strong wind I could topple right over,
be gentle with me whispering wind.
I Have To Admit
today I feel every ache and pain,
I could cry tears like the Tsunami in Japan.
I Have To Admit
today I am as unsure as the weather.

  1. Today I am wishing for you--endurance, perseverance, hope, and knowing above all that this too will pass! Thank you for being authentic about where you are; we all have days like this, and when we're sick it is so hard. Peace in the storm, my sister, Love, Olivia

  2. Cinner, I don't know the depth of your pain or the cause but I do know that you are worth the fight. You have the gift of art and beauty. When you feel things are out of control and the mountain seems so big, rest in the things that you can control. Make a goal of only 10lb. and that is all. Don't think about the total, just 10 lb. When that is reached, buy yourself a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers or a book, or something for the bath. Your next goal is 10 lb. You'll get there.

  8. Look after yourself. An old irish blessing here for you (The Irish are an old, wise lot!)

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face
May the rains fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet( blog?) again
May God hold you in the palm of his hand

    Dawn
