Odds and Sods

This is one of the photos I took a week ago or so when it snowed.
I like this editing process I did.
...............
I  am up in the middle of the night,
and it is my own fault,
we did not eat
until 10:30 p.m.
I should not eat past 6 p.m.,
so now I suffer.
............
As I am typing this the police helicopter
has flown over the area about six times,
so something is going down somewhere
pretty close to home.
At times like this I am glad I am in my house,
safe and sound.
...................
And with that thought
I am going back to sleep.
I have a dentist appointment in the am,
and then to enjoy the day with hubby.
better get some more vegetables in here,
or I will slip right back into old habits,
so that is my plans,
hope you are all well.
Enjoy your day.
Be healthy and happy.

  1. I have found that keeping healthy foods in the house all of the time really helps my eating habits. If I get hungry in the evening I'll have a small bowl of cereal or like you, I can't sleep! Love Di ♥

Hope you got some sleep and that the dentist was an easy appointment (I hate going to the dentist).
