When I look at the picture of this tree,
it makes me think of a hand being held upright.
Can you see it?
A little, well I do.
Today I had a Doctors appointment,
and all went well.
Once again it was a huge struggle for me making it down the long corridors.
I had to stop and have a rest on the benches.
I don't know if it is my illness,
or if it has been deconditioning since my illness.
Anyway I will just keep doing what I have been.
Some days I get a little down about it,
I have to say reading all your stories continue to inspire me everyday.
Most of you are all doing so well,
and today I am giving you all a hand of applause
as you deserve it.
Some of you I have only know for a short time,
Some are the reason I started this blog.
All in all you do make it easier and keep me on my path.
Going forward, being determined, with hope.

I hope all went well at the Doctor's Cinner, and believe me I know how breathless I become walking down those long corridors. For me though I know it is because I am out of shape, I only wish I could start going to Curves again.......:-) Hugs

I love the tree - and so appreciate the applause. :-) Myh husband bought us a gift - it is a "box of applause. When the lid is lifted it roars with applause. We get the biggest laugh and delight in using it - lifted at just the right times - everyone who comes here enjoys it too. :-)
We are spraying for bugs today - Skipp will look like the 'Orkin' guy!! :-)

I can see the hand clearly, Cinner. Every Spring I have to rebuild my stamina for working outside, slow and easy does it for awhile for all of us.
