Winter Has Arrived...I Think For Good!

This picture was taken last year, I love how the ice looks.

..............
So this am I awoke to a color of white and a freshness in the air,
and I was thrilled. It had snowed.about two inches!
I felt totally alive and happy and ventured outside.
I shovelled snow getting some exercise,
and getting me motivated for the day!
...............
As for the hair color it turned out great!
Not bad for doing it myself.
I am finding it difficult with my eating patterns,
But it is one day at a time.
So until next week, know I wish you the Best of Days!

  1. HI CINNER-

I am curious as to whom or is it who, has this ice cold heart. Yes, and such folks, sadly exist - not really live I might add, merely exist.

So happy your hair looks great! :-)

Eating patterns? Well, like emotions - they ebb and flow. And remember food, especially carbs, is so comforting. You are wonderful. I feel it in every fiber of my being.

    Love you girl-

  2. Some people are indeed in such fear, and pain that they are as cold as ice.
They are the ones that need love and understanding, not judgement and strong words...You showed your true good self by not reacting negatively!

You rock! Best of days to you, dear Cinner...

  3. Gail. I don't even want to think about it, just someone making a stupid remark...that usually would not effect me. ...You should be getting a little package anyday now. I think it has been about 10 days. Thanks Gail for all you do. big hug.

Hello Anne, I really had to bite my tongue, anyway not giving it another thought. I heard from my best friend tonight. She must have known
I needed to talk to her. And it was just one moment out of the day, so I did not let it wreck mine. I hope you are well Anne, it is always good to hear from you. Big Hug!
