I found this on pinterest the other day
and have to say it was just the chuckle
I needed and I was thankful for a good laugh.
I am still growing strong here. This past
week I did not have a class so have to say
I am really looking forward to it this week.
I am proud of myself for making the best choices
for me.
Focus for next week is increaisng the water intake,
and finding good healthy recipes.
Do any of you have certain sites that you use.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
I hope you have a great week.
The weather here has improved and sunny days,
so will try to spend some time out tomorrow
in the fresh air. I will visit as soon as I can.
Thursday is weigh in day,
so will keep you posted.
Have a wonderful Week.
Take care, Cinner

HI LOVE - I have seeen tat quote before and I loev it!
ReplyDeleteAnd as far as recipes go, I would use Weight Watchers on line - there are SO many that are good and lo-fat and low carbs, etc and still very tasty. One of my personal favorites is my eggplant parm, done in the over instead of frying and then dipped in a seasoned tomato sauce, sprinky w/parmesian cheese and bake. the eggplant shoul;d be skinned and slived very thin, dip in 'fake eggs', the ones in the carton, and place on cookie sheet w/non stick spray - bake until brown, turning once, about 20 minutes total at 350 degrees. low cal and really good. after they are all cooked layer in baking dish after dipping them in your sauce and sprinkling w/ parmesian cheese - bake covered
Love yo u girl
I saw Jackie's link and it sounds like a good one to me. I love my crock too!! I make a lot of soup and salad. It's all good!

No particular good site. I find just using the word "healthy" in any recipe I search for beats great results, ie plenty of windfall recipes!
