The sun shines, the sun sets.

Yesterday it snowed all day, luckily it is melting today,
and now the sun is shining which always makes me feel wonderful.
I have done really well with my eating this week,
not so great with the exercise.
I fell on Tuesday when I was doing some Spring  Cleaning,
just a quick startle to cause my Cataplexy.
So I was just a bit sore all week.
Heating pad and hot baths and I am as good as new.
I just wanted to pop in and wish you all to have a great weekend.
I hope you are all in good Spirits,
and just Keep Doing It,
Until we get it Right.
Until next time.
Have your best day ever.
Cinner

  1. Oh Cinner I am so sorry to hear you fell. It is one of the things that just terrifies me. I hate that feeling when the adrenalin starts to pump through the system. Fear tastes awful.
I hope you are doing better soon. XOXO Linda

  2. Sorry to hear that you fell. I am a klutz so I fall more than the normal girl; do it just right and it isn't fun. Also, I enjoyed your last post on attainable goals. I've always wanted Tina Turner legs, but that will never be with my stocky legs of Germanic origin. So now I'm happy with a pound lost here, loser jeans there.

  4. Snowing is such kind word, I called it a blizzard but it is melting today.....when I was out this afternoon it seemed like I had to make my way around swimming pools of water - where is all the run off going to go and can the drains handle them?
So sorry to read that you fell, be careful sweetie. Enjoy your weekend......:-)Hugs

  14. I love your new look here Cinner and am sorry that you took a tumble. I swear the older I get the slower I get, can't move like I used to. But I am happy to hear that you are doing better. We have set backs all the time but we just have to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and keep on goin'! Love Di ♥
