Hey there everyone, just touching base before I go to the wedding,
I am somewhat over my anxiety,
let me say for today anyway.
I have done good with the not sliding into bad habits,
oh how I have wanted to a few times.
I even had items in my hand,
put them down, picked them up, put them down.
and actually won the battle,
now I am winning the battle of not staying in my house.
off to see my sister in the am.
I am excited, we always have such a good time together
and we always do so good with out eating when we are together too.
Thanks to everyone for the comments, I finally was able to respond.
So I hope you are all well, doing good, and staying on track.
I will be back as soon as I can,
I will be having withdrawals and not from food,
from you guys.
