Staying on Course!

These mountains are The Three Sisters in Alberta!
Further in Whistler, British Columbia
there is a fear of not having enough snow for the
Olympics in February!
..........
All it will take is one blizzard to come through
and they will be good and ready.
Kind of interesting to see what will happen,
They are already taking necessary precautions
of moving the snow around and bringing in bales to use as a base
for under the snow.
As I am sitting here I am thinking have I taken the precautions I need to!
No, not for the Olympics, but for my Everyday Life.
Am I doing and being all I can be?
I would have to admit not, because I seem to stray off course.
and well if I were on a mountain, I would  stumble off of it.
..........
So I guess what I am saying is I need to stay on course,
be consistant, drink my water, and think
about the precautions I need to take now
so I will be able to walk more, play more, etc.
.........
May we all stay on course
One Day at A Time!
Have a great weekend.

  1. Hi beautiful--
yes, me too - I need to remain the course. Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of my sister's husband passing. we will all gather in his honor, memory and celebrate his purposeful life. I learned something new about him just the other day. When he was dieing in Hospice he told my sister he had one more lesson to teach his sons and that lesson was 'How to die with dignity"....and he did Cinner, he was so brave and so loving right to his last breath. So he stayed the course.

    Love you girl
    Gail

  3. Hi Cinner-

It means SO much to me that you remembered my post about the "Window Facing East" so he could see one last sunrise. And he did or he did through my sister and his sons. Amen

My sister is coming a long - she is a very different person and struggling to find her self - this event turned her upside down. We will all betogether tomorrow and celebrate and remember over 50 years of love.
    Ahd love to you
    Gail

  11. Yep. Like flying an airplane, it's not about staying on course, it's about making corrections when you get off course.

  12. What a lovely message...it's almost like the book, Eat, Pray, Love.
Could that be all we need to stay on course?

  14. Monster drinks are alot like Red Bull - not good if you can't do the caffeine! I have a very high tolerance for the stuff...
